If you've just been diagnosed with pre-diabetes, this is a GREAT way to learn about it!

When my doctor told me my blood glucose level was above normal, I was absolutely stunned -- and panicked. This book was a tremendous help as far as getting informed and taking proactive measures. My glucose was much lower after taking this advice, and it has stayed there. DO also read about glycemic index and especially GLYCEMIC LOAD (great resources online, especially) and learn what foods are your friends. Your glucose level is quite manageable if you learn the basics and find the discipline to develop a new lifestyle. GOOD LUCK!
