A bible worth buying. Its just a wonderful bible to treasure

My sister brought this bible for her 12 year old daughter and she adores it. I have looked throught it and think its just marvellous. Great overall bible with great pictures of quotes of the words of Jesus. The Old and New testament is clearly written and make as simply as possible for all to understand. This is the fifth Precious Moment Bible that I have ordered this year and given as Christening gifts to the babies in our family. It is the perfect place to record the religious footpaths in a child's life. The Precious Moments full colored plates are of little children depicting the bible figures and stories. They are a joy for both children and adultsAs a grammer school religious education teacher, I was first introduced to this unique "children's" bible when we asked the children to bring their bibles to class. It was so nice to see that parents had recorded in full detail (as the plate sheet provides) the gift giver and the occassion of the gift; the baptismal records; the First Holy Communion; with places also for Confirmation; Marriage and Holy Orders.
