Touching book that helps anyone who suffers from depression,Catholic and Non-Catholic Alike. This book just Reinforces my Catholic Beliefs.

Depression

What a great book! The information and advise in this book are excellent. Depression is such a dark, deep place to be in. This book helps to lift you out of the dark and into the light. For some people this book will be enough to release the depression. For others it will be the perfect companion to professional help and medication. I advise everyone with any kind of depression to read this book. Prayer cures more problems then all the medications and counselors in the world.

This book is written by a Roman Catholic nun, and includes many prayers, poems and reflections about depression. I believe it is meant as a companion book to "Surviving Depression: a Catholic approach". If you only choose one of these two, I would recommend Surviving depression, A Catholic approach over this one, simply because it gives a better roadmap for how to survive than this book does. May God bring you peace and compassion.
