Prayer Help for the "Stuck"

I used this book daily while I was away on retreat this past week. I always have trouble with prayer and I found Helldorfer's book to be inspirational as well as reassuring (I'm not the only one out there with this problem!) His thoughts, written in a poetic form, even inspired me to try my hand at writing my thoughts down that way. It opened up something in me that I did not know existed. I found it easier than ever to write (and therefore pray) what was in my heart. I highly recommend it, especially to those who struggle with prayer.
