Pleasantly Surprised

I picked this up not knowing anything about the authors or the expanded version of the book, but this is a great find! Short, to-the-point, and captivating, I loved how they invite you to imagine the intimate details of these women of old, and to see their pains and triumphs. Revealing, and with great daily applications that I really enjoyed. The prayers are a great starting point for many aspects of our own lives.
