Spanish Irregular Verbs Up Close is Confusing Me More Than Ever

The author goes into so much technical detail about the usage of the irregular verb system, that I find myself confused and half asleep before I even get to the exercises! The author-created TurboVerb system is even more confusing. I read and reread the chapter on how to use TurboVerb and I feel like I've walked into a maze I can't get out of. This was definitely not written for the average second-year Spanish student. I would not recommend this book to anyone wanting to polish their irregular Spanish verb skills.
