Pour ceux qui souhaiteraint un survol des outils statistiques courants dans le domaine de l'entreprise ce livre (qui s'adresse d'après ma lecture plutôt à un public d'étudiants) balaie très large... N'espérez cependant pas y trouver la moindre démonstration ou des procédures hyper détaillés d'utilisation de MiniTab ou Excel (les étapes ne sont que partiellement imagées). Mais sinon c'est un bon petit livre à avoir dans sa...
