Good reference book

This is not a quick guide to PowerBuilder but it's a really best reference book out there.Even for beginner's, this is a good book since learning curve for PowerBuilder is NOT steep.Also it covers some database stuffs(as advantage of using PowerBuilder stems from easy integration with database through datawindows) that I found useful

A Complete Reference Of Powerbuilder 6.0 (All Versions)

The book goes into as much detail as most CPD's need. The reference ability does match powerbuilders on-line books. But as a secondary tool the book is useful.After reading Oracle Unleashed I decided to try this book. I wasn't disapointed. Take advice and buy the book!

It's really comprehensive

This books is the latest in the PB Unleashed series. Much of the material is the same, which is to say, it's very good, very comprehensive and thorough. Additional attention to new PB 6 features given, including the distributed computing capabilities. Excellent comprehensive resource.

Good beginner to intermediate text

I found the text to be useful. A good addition to the technical libarary. I used the text to study for the CPD.

Even better than PB5 unleashed

Very impressive. Up until I bought this, PB5 unleashed was my powerbuilder bible. This book has all the good stuff 5 had, and packs still more in, like info on Web PB, Internet, more on visual controls, even a little on PFC. This and a good PFC book (let me know if you find one!) are all a PB developer needs. (Well, and a book for your DBMS :-))
