This book is life changing.

This book explains the command that God gives us to praise Him in all things, even things we don't like and even things we don't understand. As I began applying these principles in my life, I began to see incredible changes in situations that had seemed hopeless to me. I changed from a rather melancholy person, to an incredibly happy person. I would HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone who is discouraged or depressed.
