Marines get it done

I was in the Marine unit that these two crossed the border with. The did an excellent job of telling the stories of the men and women of this war.

Anyone who loves our troops will love this book

This book first appeared in the Detroit Free Press as a daily series of portraits -- and it was wonderful. As a book, it is even better. Page by page, readers experience the war through the men and women who fought it, from the preparations in Kuwait to the early stages of the post-war period. The sketches and text make you feel like you have met the soliders. One is left with a great understanding of who the troops are and feeling of gratitude and appreciation for what they do for their country.It makes for a unique and captivating historical account of the war. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn about our brave troops and the war they fought.
