Outstanding Book of Portraiture

I have photographed thousands of people, have been to school for it, have read many books on the subject, and have worked next to some really great Photographers, but this book has taught me things none of the former taught me. This book covers issues not covered in other books written by some of the most respected Photographers of the day. I am surprised it is out of print.
