Portable bench for testing safety valves

When it comes to safety in pressurised vessels, it is necessary to install at least one safety/relief valve, depending on the process involved. Improper use or lack of this equipment can lead to accidents such as the leakage of gases, dangerous products or even explosions, which can be fatal for employees. This makes valve sizing extremely important, regardless of the process it is connected to. Based on the need to better serve the company and reduce costs, a portable test bench was developed for safety valves, which will be used to carry out maintenance and calibrations on site, thus avoiding higher costs with the possible stoppage of the production process so that the procedure could be carried out in a distant laboratory, as well as reducing the costs of transporting the equipment.
