Best cookbook in the world

I purchased this book for myself about 15 years ago, recipes are everyday products you find in the grocery store (no chasing for specialty items). I now purchased this book for a Christmas gift & my sister-in-law loves it.

after all these years

This cookbook has been with me for more than a decade now. It is still one of my favorites. I must say some of my newer cookbooks suffer from comparison. It should be reprinted for more people to appreciate. Such a pity! It's a handbook for both professional chefs and regular housewives like me.

How could this book be out of print?!

I was visiting a friend's seafood restaurant and noticed this cuisine book. It looks like they've been using this book for quite a few years as reference. I knew right away I want this book because of the instructions were so clear to follow and the great photos of each recipe. This book should be the main course for your collection of cook books.
