Poetry for the Dead

This is a short collection of free verse poems. Some of them discuss the inequalities of society, especially when it involves the working class, while others tell a story or evoke an emotion. Several of the selections involve the supernatural, whether its about ghosts, witches, or second sight. There are poems that are gritty in nature and others that could describe as pure fantasy. It is an eclectic mix that is meant to entertain, amuse, and provoke. Many of the poems are set in America and discuss problems of the common American while a couple are set in Europe and a couple more a set in a netherworld that is neither here nor there.
