Poems That May Make You Laugh or Cry: But Will Always Make You Think

There are times when I am reading my Bible that I sort of drift off in thought and let the scriptures mix with things that have occurred in my life, or bring to my memory situations in which I experienced emotions such as; joy, sadness, wonder, thanks, happiness, pleasure, and many, many more. Once in a while I take the time to record those thoughts in the form of a poem or rhyme. Often the reverse happens when something that is going on reminds me of a Scripture that I have read in the Bible. I have placed a corresponding Scripture at the end of each poem, to help you better understand what it was, that I was thinking as I wrote my thoughts. I hope that somehow you will find great pleasure in the things that you read and experience in God's Holy Word.
