Poems from a Medicine Man

After nearly 74 spins around the sun I have decided to publish my 5th book, I am calling Poems From a Medicine Man. In 2006 I was blessed to have my 60 th birthday on Macchu PIcchu Peru. I had a magical 4 week journey in the Peruvian Andes and the Peruvian Amazon. When I returned home I felt more alive than I had ever been. 4 months later I woke one morning and heard a single word at 4 AM. I was instructed to get up and write the word down. I went down stairs to my home office and did as I was instructed. Once I began writing a poem flowed out of me in less than 5 minutes. I had never written a poem before. For the past nearly 14 years I have been gifted with this flow of consciousness over 100 + times and still flowing. I am so grateful for this gift from God and love sharing the words that flow out of me. My favorite quote is, "Those who say it can be done, should not interrupt the one doing it!"
