A great list of low sodium foods

Bobbie did a great job of putting together this guide. I have been on a low sodium diet for several years. I became quite knowledgable on low sodium products, in fact I operate a website called eatlowsodium.com listing various low sodium foods (all under 200mg of sodium per serving). Bobbie's guide is one of the most comprehensive sources I have even seen. So I highly recommend it.

Very detailed and helpful in listing types of food and specific brand names including, for example, individual entrees that are low in sodium. I have found it very helpful in my grocery shopping.
