Stevie to the rescue!!!

In this book, Stevie rescues her cousin Angie's sweet 16 party, and she get's Angie back to riding her horse, Sparkels! When I read the part about a blizzard (snowstorm), there was a recored setting blizzard where I live! Meanwhile, Carole and Lisa are training Samson, and he just won't behave.
