I was overjoyed to have received the biology of plants textbook, which I had been eagerly waiting for weeks to get. Even though I have some disabilities, this book was a huge help to me. When I ordered it, I was hoping to get the 6th edition, but instead, the first edition arrived. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it didn't matter at all, as the book had almost all the information I needed to know. The book was an excellent source of information on plants, with clear and concise explanations that were easy to understand. I was impressed by how informative and well-written it was. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking to learn about plants.
Plants & society review

This book has a lot of information about plants and popular uses. I've seen the newer versions of the book and it has color pictures that make it easier to see plant photos. This book is used as a textbook for a class I am taking, but as a general read, I recommend it.

Bought this book for a class. It served its purpose though sometimes didn't give enough details on various subjects.
