Great sci-fi adventure game book for kids and adults

I read this book when I was kid,when it was originally released in the 80s and reread it recently. It's part of a series where you take on the role of the same young person in each book, who goes on adventures in space and to different planets. You always have your trusty robot sidekick, 2-Tor, at your side,who offers helpful advice. For each of the multiple endings there is a page at the end of the book where your ending is given a score based on how well you did, which is a nice innovation in the realm of these Choose Your Own Adventure type books. Sometimes I disagree with the score, but usually a combination of bravery and a successful outcome results in a good score. You belong to an organization that is akin to Star Fleet in Star Trek, so following orders from your superiors doesn't hurt either.
