Little Pig climbs on the fire truck to watch the pig parade. But what's that he sees? It's a fire . . . at Wolf's house! Can Little Pig help save the day? This description may be from another edition of this product.
We have several of these early readers, but this one is a favorite. The pictures are adorable and full of funny details, like one pig shoveling sugar in his mouth while the others are baking. The book has memorable rhymes that make it easy to learn and help young kids "read" independently. The story also has a surprise twist - the pigs think a wolf wants to eat them, but he really just wants some of their dessert. My daughter loves reading this story, and even acting it out when playing.
My 2.3 year old can read this one!! And loves it!

This book is one of the Road to Reading series and is wonderful. My 2 year old was able to read it himself after we read it only about 5 times. He can now recite it without the book and impresses all his friends (and parents, especially) at his home daycare!! The rhyming words really make it a fun treat for young readers.
