Not a bad book!

I'm 13 and i've read this book some years ago. it's about this girl becky who has this wizard (sometimes he's a good wizard then becomes a bad one like two dif. people) move in next to her. later all the pets become plastic and her street becomes a huge jungle. i'm not going to say any more. read it, it's good.
