This is a Very Dark Horror Thriller with Dark Human Trafficking parts, and this is the second book in the Consortium series. This book is hard to read, and it has so many things that could trigger a reader. This book is not for everyone, and please look into what this book is about before picking this book up. This book should not be read by anyone under the age of 18 years old. This book and series has pulled me into it, and I just really want to know how Avril's story will end. I have to say I think there were so many hard to read parts of this book, and there was one part I skipped a few pages because I just could not read it. Overall, This book had me wanting to keep reading, and I cannot wait to pick up the next book in this series. I will again say this is not a book for everyone because there is really dark stuff (killing, rape, human trafficking, and so much more).
