This Book Changed My Life!

Brad and Jan Lundy have really hit the nail on the head with this book. I have read many self help/spiritual books and this one spoke to me so simply about where it all starts. It starts with my relationship with myself. Through this book, I was actually able to change not only my thinking but my behavior. While visiting a friend who was unhappy under the guise that everything was "going well", I was able to look at her and feel compassion for her position rather than be judgmental about her hiding her true self from me. That is a huge shift for me. I was also able to finally let go of a relationship understanding that what we were both doing was best for our true inner selves.
