Yes! Thank you, I need you, I believe in you, and I am proud of you Jack Lannom! What an amazing message that I will deliver to all my friends and family, as well as business associates. Jack Lannom is the Lighthouse Beacon that shines so clearly for the tired and torn vessels of life's turbulant goings. The People First series is the fleet of tugboats that have come to rescue you and bring you back to shore. Byron Stowell WELLNESS INTERNATIONAL

Jack Lannom has contributed one of the most important tools for all human "beings"

"People First" conveys a simple yet very powerful message...to achieve a true sense of balance and success we must first begin by honoring the human spirit. Corporate America as well as our entire society can easily benefit from "The Pyramid of People Power". I cannot adequately express the impact that this small book has had on my company and my life, but suffice it to say, that I have shared a copy with each and every one of my "purpose partners" and continue to enjoy the rewards on a daily basis! Thank you Jack! Riza Chase-Gilpin, CEO Kitty's WonderBox, Inc.

Should be in everyone's library!

This is a MUST buy for anyone. The principles that Jack Lannom presents the reader with are concise and directly applicable to your leadership skills. Whether you are the CEO of a fortune 500 company or the parent of a child, you will be able to improve your leadership abilities immediately by using Jack's principles. I can't wait for the rest of the books!

MAGNIFICENT!

In his typical excellent style, Jack Lannom has once again created a masterpiece in unlocking the art of human motivation. This book, in the format of a short story, explains and clarifies the "People First" philosophy that is the basis for inspiring both family and organizations to perform and succeed at the height of their capabilities. This philosophy is outlined in what the author refers to as "The Pyramid of People Power," which is basically five phrases that convey honor, value, respect, and esteem to the hearers that instills confidence and builds a culture of trust, respect, and success. Each phrase, which represents an attitude toward others, is unpacked in a chapter devoted to that particular phrase. I really liked the concept of referring to the people in an organization as "Purpose Partners" instead of "my people." A related concept in the book that inspired me was seeing people as "Human Beings" and not "human doings" who are simply used as pawns to accomplish a task. This book is short and easy to read, but the author has distilled his extensive experience and knowledge into a compact novel that you will want to read over and over to glean every bit of wisdom that is dripping from its pages. I heartily commend this book to you.
