A very exciting book!

This book is great! It starts off boring but as the party for Emily gets out going, the book really heats up! It was great! As AJ, Phils depressed friend finds beer the party takes a turn for the worst, I won't give much away, but the part about the school election isn't the best. But overall, this book will keep you reading so much, you will be done very fast! I would definatly recommend this book for anyone that loves all diferent elements in a book, comedy, drama and so much more!

da bomb

this was a really good book.except Lisa,Carole, Ben,George,Callie, and Veronica seem to be the only ones with brains.I never thought I would actually say Veronica had a brain.Oh well,it's a small one anyway. This was a really good book.

I Love The Pine Hollow Books!!!!!

This book is wonderful. I love the Saddle Club, but I was getting a little to old for that. And then I read these books. From what I've read on these comments, I didn't think they would be good, but boy was I wrong. I love this series. With Phil and Stevie being together more and acting like teenagers. And Lisa getting a boyfriend, especially Alex. I remember in one Saddle Club book how Colonel Hanson was saying how his sister used to tease him until her best friend married him, is this just coincodence or what. And Carole, of course she'd spend more time at the stable. And she was so obsessed with Cobalt, its no wonder she's obsessed with his son. I think these are better than the Saddle Club, but I don't want the Saddle Club to change. I'll keep reading those and these. And if you think there aren't enough horses than read the Saddle Club. This book is fine the way it is. Keep up the good work Bonnie!!!!!!

This was a GREAT book

I thought this was a great book because of how it was written. My favorite part was the part about the party. I was a little disapointed because they didn't go into more deatail about what happened to Stivie and Alex after the party. There was nothing written about what their mom's had done to them. Also, I didn't think that Alex and Lisa would make up in the same night that they broke up when the trust they had had between them was broken so hard. It just didn't seem realistic. The book just seemed to end as a cliffhanger as is the characteristic of all of these Pine Hollow books, and I am not sure I like that. Overall, however, I think this was a very good book and I would reccomend it to all of my friends.

finally, a pine hollow where teen problems occur...

not to say that the car crash in the first book wasn't real, but that their reaction didn't seem... oh, i don't know... 'sincere' teenage emotions. But in this one, where A.J., Alex and Stevie end up getting drunk, you feel that Mrs. Bryant is starting to let bad stuff happen to her characters, instead of protecting them all the time. I think all the other people who wrote bad stuff about the previous 6 books ought to read this one. It's a little more realistic.
