Good for practical use in cross-cultural setting!

When we choose a book for school activities, we want to find it well-fit into the situation. For a school counselor/peer support trainer, it is crucial that the book is practically useful. This book is above my expectation in many ways. For example, this is helpful for me to look through and use for brainstorming before going to my students, so that I can be well-prepared to work in any unexpected situations. Only thing this book misses is that there is no explanation for "trouble-shooting." It could have been greater if there was some comments which were invited to have.
