Best book I've read all year!

I received this book as a Christmas gift and it has defn given me a great head start on making sure I acheive my new years resolution to be healthier this sept when I turn 50 than i ever have been. I defn recommend this book to anyone who wants to get inspired!

awesome book-life changing!!!

I first heard of Dr. Bank in reading Wake Up MomentsWake Up...Live the Life You Love: Wake Up Moments book that includes she and Wayne Dyer. I like Pearls of wellness even better though because it gives me 52 weekly inspirations-suppurbly written to keep me motivated all year long. It's my favorite gift to give folks for birthdays as it helps um all year.great gift

My new favorite book !

What an amazing little book. While I admit to having many shelves of health books, soulful books, inspiration books, some thin, some thick... this one really stands out. What makes it unique is that it is fun, creative, easy read , and yes very hip. It has the content and depth of thicker books but its also consise, practical, and very wise advise. The book is broken up into 52 chapters with fun little titles & (pictures too) that cover a vast array of life challenges, situations, and tools to make life a postive experience. A great book to read all at once or one chapter a week. Its a wonderful gift for anyone. Honestly this my latest and greatest favorite book...I wonder when Oprah is going to find it?

Incredible Inspiration for living a Healthy New Year

Dr. Bank makes simple what I seem to complicate--living a healthy, fulfilling life one week at a time. Her weekly resolutions are sensible and encouraging, guiding my new year in a positive direction without the feeling of being completely overwhelmed with change. I recommend this book to anyone who has room to grow!

This book is so inspiring!

I have just finished reading Pearls of Wellness and feel so inspired to get my life back on track! Dr. Bank's tips on wellness not only make so much sense, but they are simple things I can work into my daily life to improve my overall well-being. I really like how she breaks her wellness guide into weekly tips, that way it feels like something easy to accomplish, without overwhelming you. This is a 'must read' for anyone who needs extra guidance to keep on track to reach and maintain healthy goals and better their life. With the New Year right around the corner, this is a great holiday gift for anyone on your list that could use a little extra push in the right direction. Also a great feature of the book- it can be started any time of the year! 5 Stars!!
