The fun continues!

Peach Fuzz volume 2 continues to roll out the fun along with the addition of another endearing ferret! Kim's new pet, Pavarotti is downright obnoxious.. but it's what makes him so lovable! When Peach meets this guy, you're going to be grinning ear to ear. While Peach Fuzz volume 2 was almost as enjoyable as volume 1, there were some parts that tended to kill the pleasant feel of the story, and I really didn't understand the relevance of them to the story. In one instance Kim's mother is upset because she feels under appreciated by Kim. Kim and Amanda were having a nice chat and then in comes this random mood-killer when Kim's mother raves for a few moments and then leaves the room in tears. We see or hear nothing else of her after that. It was totally unnecessary and was a bit unnerving to say the least. That was only one of a few other instances that I care to point out. The artwork in this volume as you will notice is much better than that of the art in the first volume. The authors are improving fast and it's nice to see peach and her surroundings being drawn more lovely than ever! Peach Fuzz 2 wont disappoint if you enjoyed number one. Enjoy!

My 7 year old won't put it down.

Like a lot of kids, my daughter thinks reading is boring. She clicks right by text in a video game, flips through a magazine, whines at homework time. I noticed that she was really into the volume one samples of Peach Fuzz they ran in our local paper, so I bought Peach Fuzz Vol 2 for her. She sat down in the middle of the floor and started reading it. She read it in the car, she read it all the way to school and right back home again. She read it over dinner, she read it on her way to gym. She finished it at bedtime and started it over again the next day. In her words "it's really interesting, Amanda and Peach both make new friends even though they have some problems." All I can say is bring us more.

I Love Peach!

I'm a 13 year old girl and I loved the first volume of Peach Fuzz, and couldn't wait for the next one! My mom got this for me for Christmas because I had been asking for it. I began reading it and it was pretty good, but then there were a few parts that I didn't like. The first volume is way better. If you read the first volume of Peach Fuzz, I would still recommend this one because it is still very interesting. Peach rocks!
