Wow, I find this book a guide that really works and does not leave me more confused than before I started. Largely due to the author's "easy reading" style and lots of good pictures.....I VERY highly recommend this book....I feel in control again!!

I just bought this book out of desperation because of problems I've been having with my computer. Instead of spending hours feeling frustrated, this book helped me to quickly solve my difficulties. Its writing is clear and precise and easy to follow.

This is the best book that I have seen for straightening out PC problems. Part what makes it best is the VISUAL presentation that SHOWS rather than TELLS what to do. So many books like this are clunky and useless.... This volume is quite different and kind save a typical PC user hours of headaches and frustration.....
