A Helpful understanding of the Bibles Old Testamant
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 18 years ago
It took me so long to be able to read and understand the old testament untill I found this book given to me by a friend by another Jewish friend. It puts the books of the bible in story format and gives you a clear, memorable, detailed view of what happenned in each book of the bible and brings the entire new testament together with understanding. My sugestions though, is that the original bible is the original and just to avoid any mis-quoting or other errors, after reading and understanding, please go back to following up with the true and living KJV version of the Bible. I found that the NIV takes out the Blood of Jesus and other things (read about the NIV perversion, search through google) and my generations to come cannot use the substitute word the NIV uses to substitute the blood (it uses the word "life")my geration cannot say "devil life is against you", the devil would just stare you in the eye and not move, they need to read and be able to understand there's power in the blood of Jesus and say " satan, the Blood of Jesus is against you" I command you to leave in the name of Jesus"! So follow up with the original KJV or the NKJV, same thing, no change to the teachings or readings, just a better understanding!
