An EXCELLENT guide to understanding Spirit-Led Shepherding.

He challenges them to focus on worship and pastoral humanity before methods. With his insightful and compassionate mentoring, Pastor Jack helps the reader understand what it takes to cultivate God's promise of fruitfulness in one's life as a shepherd. This book offers passion, compassion and promise for the pastors and challenges the readers to reflect on the `big picture' - from God's perspective. . The common thread that runs through this book is: "Worship through Servant-Hood." The Church has a place of spiritual mission to preach and reach the world with the Gospel and lay loving hands on the sick to heal and deliver the oppressed. The ministry of the Church is to extend through every member of the Body of Christ, facilitated by worship and pastoral leadership.
