If You Haven't Met Her, She's New To You

Laurie doesn't mind being uprooted and moved to Connecticut, forgetting about her natural shyness, since she'll be reunited with the boy-who-got-away that she never let go of. Once there, she finds he's grown into a popular, charismatic student body president-candidate, complete with a new pack of friends, including that teen-novel staple, the pretty, intimidating high-school girl. Laurie learns about letting go- and holding on -in this Sweet Dreams installment, which is kept back by only one or two predictable circumstances, but is still a great read.
