I loved this book. The characters just grabbed me. Jared came across as being very hard and cruel but deep down he does care about Jarina. Jarina is thrust into a world she is not ready to grasp. She is very young but in the end she learns to deal with Jared and all that he throws at her. This one of the first romance novels i have read. Again I loved it.
