It is a stage of growth, social involvement and attitude formation. Psychological component of adolescent development take place in domains like Emotional, Cognitive and identity formation. Socio cultural components involves inter personal relationships, parenting style etc. Children's emotional, cognitive and social development mainly depends upon their parents rearing methods. Parent-child relationship is one of the most sensitive and emotional relationship in the world. Every parent child relationship is unique. Good parenting practices can foster confidence, responsibility, cooperation in their adolescents.
