my favorite cartoonist ever

I discovered Roz Chast years ago when I first started reading the New Yorker. I was so struck by her style and unique humor that I immediately sought out all her books. Back then, there were just a few, but happily now there are many more. You will never mistake her for another cartoonist as she is unique. If you cannot wait for her next collection to come out , by alll means subscribe to the New Yorker. It is worth it even when Chast is not in every issue.

Best cartoon book of the 80's

Many people know Roz Chast from her work in the New Yorker, but those snippets of urban irony do little to expose the extraordinary talent Chast has for stating the unobvious.
