Pain Killers

No one is born a killer. A baby doesn't enter into the world with a killer's instinct or a thirst for blood. Something happens in ones life that creates the canvas a killer's mind is built upon. We often focus on what a person has done rather than why the person did it. There is no justification for murder. There is never a good enough excuse to deliberately take a person's life. Hurt people will hurt people and often the person committing the crime was once the victim of the same offense. There will be stories of friendship, love, pain, addiction, revenge, regret and forgiveness. The first story begins with the murder of a 17-year-old boy with a promising future. Who killed the kid? Why did they kill him? There is never a good reason for murder but there is always a reason. Prison is not full of just criminals. There are many innocent men and women who live their lives behind prison walls today just for being at the wrong place at the the wrong time. One wrong choice can alter ones life forever.
