My therapist suggested this book for me and I am so glad I got it. It helps put things in perspective for me and realize where my mood swings are coming from. I would definately recommend this book to anyone who suffers from any type of mood disorder. Thank you for having it available to me!

This is a sensible book based on cognitive behavioral therapy, the only form of therapy that will actually help people with serious manic depression take charge of their own condition and carry on leading normal lives. It has a lot of time-consuming exercises to do and charts to fill in, but they really do help.
