Light at the end of a long, nightmarishly painful tunnel

I first read this book (after checking it out of a local public library). Then, I called the publisher and ordered four of them. I kept two and gave two away. This book saved me so much pain, experimentation, desperate attempts at just about anything to stop the almost daily pain that I would like to personally tell the author that she is a life saver. It goes straight to the pain and the reasons for the pain and lists, cross references, compares and suggests methods to try to eliminate these nightmarish headaches. The word headache is in itself a totally inadequate term for a migraine. Thank you, Betsy!
