Yes! Book 2 is Intense!

After reading book one, their are some logical theories you can come up with for book 2. I found myself nervous about what would happen and enthralled as it played out. The author is once again successfully wielding his power to captivate to reader. I had to stay up late to finish, I couldn't rest until I knew what would happen to my friends in the world of Epic. Now I eagerly await the release of book 3! So many questions, so many thoughts, so many possibilities! Do yourself a favor and follow this series!

Brillant Follow up

After reading this book I was absolutely astounded. I wanted more, I still do as I type this. The book is so riveting I finished it within 24 hours and when I was done I picked up the first book and started reading through that one again as well. For how well the first novel was made this one rivals it, if not tops it! One hell of an acheivement, kudos to Lee Stephen on a great book and series.

WOW!!!!

I just finished Outlaw Trigger and am still kind of stunned! I don't want to say too much about it, because it is so action packed and I don't want to risk giving any spoilers, but what a great follow up to Dawn of Destiny! As with Dawn of Destiny, Outlaw Trigger continues telling the amazing story of Scott Remington and his search for his Destiny working with EDEN. Wonderful character development of known characters and new alike. Packed full of action, excitement, and emotion as well. You can feel the joy and pain along with the characters, which I find is rare in the Sci-Fi genre. I can hardly wait for the next installment of the Epic Series by Lee Stephen. If you haven't picked up this series yet, I don't know what you're waiting for, it's one of the best reads I've seen!

Another outstanding job by Lee Stephen

The more you read, the more you want to read. While Outlaw Trigger has a different tone than Dawn of Destiny, it is one of necessity, and the reader plunges further into Scott Remington's story, as well of that of Earth's. Lee Stephen continues his amazing job of character development and leaves the reader begging for more. The Epic series is easy to read, but will get your mind racing with imaginative and thought-provoking writing!

Outlaw Trigger - My Official Review

"They say every man has a breaking point." This one line describes Outlaw Trigger perfectly. Dawn of Destiny introduced us to Scott Remington and the 14th of Novosibirsk. Outlaw Triggers delves into the inner workings of The Machine, showing us a side of Novosibirsk that was only hinted at before. The Nightmen rule at Novosibirsk. When their initiation rites touch Scott in a deeply personal way, he is plunged into the darkest place he has ever been. His own tormented soul. As this tragedy rips him apart, it also threatens to destroy the 14th, dividing them among themselves and turning them against their own. Before the end, Scott will be faced with the biggest decision of his life: one way will heal, the other will plunge him into the darkness. Which will he choose? Lee Stephen really makes this jump off the page. The writing is the best I've read thus far, and that says alot, because I am a very avid reader. You can almost feel the emotions coming right off the page as you read. Reading this book will leave you anxious for the next installment in the Epic series. If there is anything bad for me to say about this book, it is just that now I have to wait for the next one to continue the series. I highly recommend this book. Even if you do not normally venture into the science fiction genre, pick this up and give it a try. You will not be disappointed.
