Disappointed

I thought this would have more Irish cooking facts along with the recipes. It doesn't do the country justice and doesn't live up to the country's rich heritage. Really, only one version of an Irish stew? This book did not inspire me. Not enough soul of the country comes through the pages for me, nor hint of its priceless culture. Sorry, it wasn't worth the money for me. However I did like the title.
