Shhh, Ignore it; It will go away on it's own...."NOT"

from: regalman@usa.netNobody wants to admit they have rage. How about, do you get pissed off? Do you accidently bump your knee? Do you have thoughts of hurting someone at times? We all do, don't we? If we don't do any thing about it, either it will hide in our bodies or else express it outwardly through road rage, yelling at the kids, at your significant other, etc,etc. More mumbo jumbo --- I don't think so. We carry around anger so deep that we die early, or we work too much or we take it on women in love making---Oops sorry men, cats out the bag.Women want us to be tender. But we can't. There is to much rage - hidden anger in the way. Rage is usually disguised in many ways or we bully people through a number of different ways. Wars, some accidents and rough love making ( oops there it is again ) are all signs of inner rage. Women don't take it!!! Men need to quit bullying by their brute strength. If men don't want to read it women ought to and not take their crap anymore. There is a great need for anger management. And this book is a beginning and an end. A beginning to discover this dragon and an end to caging this monster and taming him. Personally, I stuffed it and nearly destroyed myself through drugs,drinking and self mutilation. I was sore afraid and of what my dad did with his rage and was afraid to show it; so, I stuffed it. It can be controlled and this is the start a new goal. Does the need for control sound familiar? From where does it originate?
