Orientation

The oldest poems in this collection I wrote during a couple periods in 2007. I count fifteen of them. They survived a countless number of title changes, reorganizations, and incomplete versions of other unpublished, unpublishable collections, when every couple years I tried to gather them up in my arms and into a book. The rest have a long fossil record that traces back to ideas, false starts, scraps, and other miscellany from the same time period...
