Learning from a fatal experience

Tompkins offers us a unique insight into the events which led to the space shuttle disaster. By offering examples from this very real and painful event, he illustrates the significance of some of the basic principles of effective organizational communication. A terrific book for students in the org. comm. field, as well as managers.
