As a business student focusing on technology, not OD, I found this text very accessible. The lessons are clear and readily applied in current interactions, as well as easily stashed in the back pocket (metaphorically speaking - the book won't fit!) for future reference.
Enjoyable reading - even for a textbook

Of course, most of us do not read organizational behavior textbooks for pleasure, but I must say that this book is actually enjoyable to read. The text provides current, relevant examples from known companies, and also cites research results for nearly every point or topic. There are many illustrations and figures to assist the reader in understanding the various OB theories, which I found to be extremely helpful. The authors even make jokes every so often and incorporate personal quips to keep the reader interested. I am in my last semester of graduate school, so I have read plenty of textbooks, and this is by far one of the best.
