Backyardigan's learning board book

I had hoped more for a story book, with plot, etc. Though this one has great pics and all, it lists only a single word and its opposite on the pages.

Great for little readers

Sturdy colorful book that my little one enjoys looking at on her own or with her moms. My 19 month old will need to be a little older to understand completely what opposites are but the book will help me explain opposites and will endure months and years due to its sturdiness.

My 2 Year Old Loves It

I ordered this book for my 2 year old who loves The Backyardigans. We read this book almost every night before she goes to bed. The title doesn't lie...it is about opposites, but there isn't any other text. It's easy enough to create the story yourself with the pictures. Which is fine, I just thought it would be more of a story.

A Little Too Easy

I bought this book along with "...Beanstalk" and it was a little too easy for my 7 year-old to read. I would think the age range should be for a starter reader. Overall, I don't regret my purchase.
