good guidance for the trip to inner space for love

worked for me. easy read. if i felt a little heartache i could read it and be transported to a healing place. just about anywhere in the book. recommend it. i seem to attract nice people to me when i make a commitment to read that book on a daily basis to tweek my thinking and feeling.

Great book to own.

Open Heart Therapy is a great book for any personal collection. It may be difficult to get but it is worth any wait or inconvenience. The paperback that I own was actually given to me by my aunt who lives in Australia. She mailed me her personal copy when I was going through a rough patch back in 2004. My patches have been much smoother since. It is not a long book, only 150 pages or so including the epilogue and the paperback edition that I have (which I imagine is the only one) has large print that is easy to read. It is one of those books that is better if you periodically come back and re-read it. It is very affirming. Even if things in your life are great this book will still help your perceptions and actually make things even better.
