Thanks, Home-Girl!!!!!!!!

I have read quite a few books regarding relationships involving African-Americans, and many of them have the same spin on them; Sugar-Sweet beginnings, one crisis in the middle, and a sugar-sweet ending. NOT THIS BOOK!!!! A serious mixture of drama AND sugar-sweet situations are sprinkled throughout the book. Not too many books can keep my attention from the first page to the last page, and can be read in one day. This book was an exception to the rule. I started reading the book at 8am, and LITERALLY did not put it down until I finished it (which was about midnight). I saw parts of my life in this book, and could identify with the characters, something (for me) that is needed for a good novel. Thanks, Tosh, for showing that it's OK to "Gamble Twice". If I had not taken a page from your book, my other half & I would not still be together today. Looking forward to the next book!!!! (Yes, I called her "Tosh"! This book is definately a "must Read". Lewis captures so many facets of day to day situations involving love and life. From the time it took me to read the book from start to finish, I was totally entertained. Lewis in my opinion is definately an author on the road to writing success.
