Exceptional Training Vehicle

This book is a gem. It is unfortunate that it has never been updated to account for the changes that have taken place online . It is still useful. Paul Calloway must be well versed on the subject, and the presentation of the material is exceptional. If Paul Calloway is not willing to update it, some other guru should do it because it is an extremely valuable and well organized training vehicle.
