A must have

I've made several recipes out of this book and every one has been a winner! If this book isn't on your shelf, it should be!

A great book

If you have even the slightest interest in onions, leeks or garlic, this is a wonderful book. Everything from history to preparation is covered. The recipes are all very tempting and the photographs are great. This is a wonderful book to add to your cook book collection.
